At Levelwear, we are committed to providing premium quality athletic apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
